Fact: He did not cross state lines with the gun.
Fact: It was legal for him to possess the gun he had.
Fact: He was abiding by the open carry laws in Wisconsin.
Fact: Because all the above is true the judge dismissed the gun charges.

If liberals listened to something besides biased ELWNJ sources they would know the facts.

Facts to a Liberal are like the cross, sunlight, and garlic combined to a vampire.

The judge was kind enough to confuse the issue about the convoluted gun laws. But he was 17, should not have had possession except for target practice. Probably was illegal for out of state residents too. We will hear more on this before the dust settles.

Nice try, man, but if you are trying to change the minds of liberals, you're wasting your time.

As his father, and other family, reside in Kenosha, he has dual residency.

Nice try, but ridiculous. He lived with his mother and illegally drove to Kenosha for work.

Please explain why it is illegal to live in one state and work in another,
half the people who work In DC live in Virginia and Maryland.

Not illegal but it does remind me of RICO laws. He crossed state lines to commit a crime. But we can’t prove that it was his intent to commit murder.

You're playing word games again.
Kyle did not cross the state line to commit a crime, and any attempt to prove otherwise is a fool's errand.
