Good afternoon, everyone. I hope everyone is well.
I have a question that I have not seen addressed, but I may have just missed it.
I understand that the government granted 'immunity' from lawsuits for the C19 'vaccine' makers.
And I'm SURE the government exempted themselves from being sued over the mandates.
So here's my question: Can a BUSINESS, such as a hospital or CocaCola, or any of the other businesses that have mandated their employees get the jab, at the urging and command of the Biden administration, be sued if the employee dies from the jab, or catches C19 in spite of the jab??? Can the employer be sued for following the directive? Can the government? Can the employers survivors sue? Can the employee sue, if he is forced into the hospital in spite of the jab, or because of it?
Comments, anyone?

I believe many require one to sign a statement saying they will not hold the company libel if there are repercussions from the shot.

I wonder how THAT will work: "Hey guys! Work group meeting!" "Yeah, boss. We're all here." "Good! Okay people, the Big Guy has said the company must mandate that every one of you get the jab, or you will be terminated. So the CEO has arranged for a nurse to come in next Wednesday morning and administer shots to everyone in the office. Tuesday, our corporate attorneys will be here, and everyone will be required to sign a contract that you will not now, or ever, hold the company responsible for any side affects or reactions from the jab. Nor will you hold the company responsible if you catch covid anyway."
"Hey! Where are you all going?"
Big pharma was given a get out of jail free card for anything related to the vaccines. The Government couldn't be sued, or officials acting within their jobs. But everyone else I believe would be liable and forcing someone to sign something under duress of being fired would not exempt any company. And yes, both the employee or survivors could sue as I understand the law.
And most of that is not logically right and I am
Logically Right

That all sounds right to me, as well. But I am no lawyer. Thanks, LR.
Any other opinions out there?

It would be fair but I am sure there would be loopholes built in to screw over the worker.

As I understand the administration of the jab is covered as to immunity. However, employers are liable. No defense that Government made us do it. Note Biden never issued an EO. It would open government to liability!!!!

You need to stop getting your "news" from RW sources. This is a pandemic. A business has a responsibility to its customers and community at large. Aside from politically driven paranoia, there is no reason not to get vaccinated. Good luck suing a business for doing what is best for its customers and community at large...

This has been addressed, Peter. The 'political' motivation you are championing has nothing to do people rejecting the jab.
And, by the way, your theory of a business 'doing what is best for its customers and community' is absolutely NOT a legal argument that any judge or jury would give any credence.
But I appreciate you expressing your opinion.

Did you get this from some sketchy right wing site? Or was the deaths due to Covid rather than the vaccine?
