It was almost finished and would have been the most successful wall ever. It appears to be unclimbable. More waste! Does anyone think that a record has been kept of all these illegals, their names, new names, and new locations? I ask because if no one has kept such record, this will be irreparable.

Pentagon stops all border wall construction projects paid for with military funds

WASHINGTON — The Biden administration announced Friday that it would cancel all construction on the border wall that was paid for using redirected military funds, a Defense Department spokesman said.

The Trump administration increased its use of Defense dollars to build portions of the border wall after Congress refused to appropriate money toward the project in early 2019.

On Friday, Deputy Pentagon Spokesman Jamal Brown said, "Consistent with [President Biden’s] proclamation, the Department of Defense is proceeding with canceling all border barrier construction projects paid for with funds originally intended for other military missions and functions such as schools for military children, overseas military construction projects in partner nations, and the National Guard and Reserve equipment account."

In a statement, Rep. John Garamendi, D-Calif., chair of the Readiness Subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee, criticized the Trump administration's diversion of funds, saying, “No president should be allowed to circumvent the Constitutionally defined power of the purse that was bestowed upon Congress. ... [T]oday’s announcement is a victory for our troops, our nation, and our Constitution.”

You must be near the bottom of your bottle with a rant like that. President Trump put extra funding in the military budget just to use on the wall knowing the Dems would fight him tooth and nail. A secure border is essential in preserving National Security. Obama mentioned the need to build the wall . Hillary and Pelosi have both expressed the need to secure our border with a wall. But when President Trump starts doing it . They go nuts. Because they know it will be known as Trump's wall and make them all look like useless fools. The way they fought Trump then they should have been impeached for not protecting our border or our constitution and breaking their sworn oaths.
Biden has been paying 5 million dollars a day to not build the wall . And leaves hundreds of cameras lying on the ground with stacks of wall sections ready to be installed. My guess is the Mexican drug cartels are paying him to leave it alone. V.P. Harris should have been overseeing construction while she is in charge of the crisis Biden has caused. Just shows she's not worthy of becoming president. Sad day for America again.
