The increase in income taxes over 400k is just the tip of the iceberg. One way or another all the tax increases, and there are many, will be paid by working class families. The corporations and the rich just pass the increases on and the poor get a guaranteed income in the guise of tax credits while the middle pays. At least as long as the middle exists. Which may not be much longer if these monstrosities pass.
