Because I can't visit my good friend in retirement home because you have to show proof of vaccination.... Because I don't have $1,000, $2,000 not to mention $5,000 in fines I will have to pay....I hate this, but living in California I don't have much of a choice right now...

This is why it is so wrong for the self-proclaimed experts to completely ignore natural immunity. You are safer than the vaccinated. Why do we not hear about a "natural immunity passport"? It makes no sense to not even consider it. This is about power and control.

I'm sorry you have to choose between the vaxx and seeing your friend.

The choice is of course yours.

There is Zoom and daily phone calls and such. You have natural immunity and that should be not only sufficient, but better then the Vax. You came from Russia. Isn't that sort of mandates, what you hate most about Russia, and those old ways.

The choice is yours of course. Good luck.

Being vaccinated is not a bad thing. You will feel safer going around doing your normal life. I felt much safer after my shot. In fact i was avoiding friends, not going out to eat etc. I stoped doing that after my second shot. It does not have many side effects, and most likely you will have no more than a sore arm, or in my case, fluey for the day after my second shot. These side affects mean your immune system is working.
I am glad you are doing something, even if your motives are not noble.

There are a lot of people in the same boat. My family is already discussing Thanksgiving, and the consensus is that there will be no unvaccinated people allowed. My aunt didn't know what to do as she has two of four kids not vaccinated, I told her to come to our house, it gives her the out.

If I had a parent in a retirement home I would want them in one that had these standards, including vaccinated workers.

My cousin was "forced" to get vaccinated, she works in retirement homes and it's too good a job to blow off.

I didn't say it's bad thing... I get flu shots yearly, because nobody's forcing me...
With Covid vaccine, if you want to go to see your friend, shop for holidays, get your hair done, they're forcing you...It's between living your life or getting to the poor house....I don't have 5 Grand to spare..What they're going to us, is unfair!!

Natural immunity is only as good as the next variation, and being exposed to a high number of Covid germs such as being around someone infected will overwhelm natural immunity.

>>>That is pure delusional. That means the Vax isn't doing what it is supposed to do, even if it eventually might.

If she's vaccinated than why is she worried about her 2 kids who are not vaccinated?? She is supposed to be safe, right?

Until I am absolutely forced to I will not get it. More reasons not to come out everyday.

Actually we were just seeing where two vaccinated people died within a minute of each other in Michigan.

I know I can get Covid, it is not supposed to be as bad, but there are breakthrough deaths and I have a very challenged immune system, as does my aunt and uncle, he is on dialysis but that has been getting better.

You know what it is about an anti vaxxer that makes them even more dangerous to people who need to be careful? They are anti mask, don't give a damn about other people, they act like they don't worry about a thing including if they aren't feeling well, a large percentage of those people will not responsibly stay home of they are not feeling good, nor do they want to even know if they have covid.

My wife and I are still reasonably careful, we haven't eaten out since Covid last year, we are fine doing without it.

That's all in your mind my dear.

Focus on the fact that you said it was about shopping and the other things you want to do...then you are doing it because it is the sensible thing to do.

You are doing it because you want to make yourself safer for your friend, not to mention everyone else in the retirement home because an outbreak can kill a lot of the residents.

You can be a negative thinker and focus on feeling like you are being forced...or a positive thinker and think about the reasons for doing it, and there are reasons.
