What Would You Pay For 1 Acre

Wolf counselor Loc: Heart of Texas

What could you do with a full acre of land in Texas ?

Well of course, that would certainly depend on exactly where in Texas this 1 Acre is located.

For instance, if you had a full acre of land in the Rio Grande valley, you could build a home, and a barn and have enough room to have a large garden and a henhouse.

But what could you do with 1acre if it was located way out west in the Texas Chihuahuan Desert ?

Well if you're resourceful, you can do the exact same thing you could do with the valley land.

And many resourceful Texans are doing just that right now.

Desert landscape doesn't offer much in the way of fertile ground or ample sources of water.

Despite these facts, the desert land has value that has until recently been unnoticed.

Now that most of the US is becoming a Socialist country, states like Texas become more appealing to those who prefer the American dream.

So this means that every square inch of Texas, no matter if it's desert or valley or hill country or the Texas plains, is on a steady trend upwards in regard to value.

But right now you can grab some of west Texas at around $1000 bucks an acre.

My brother and I invested years ago and we both have acreage near Van Horn Texas.

There are literally thousands and thousands of acres for sale in west Texas so I included a link where if you scroll down you will see lots of great deals on west Texas land.

So if you live in a socialist shit hole and you want to break free, you are welcome here in the Lone Star State

What could you do with a full acre of land in Texa... (show quote)

Did you intentionally leave out the part about how the Texans have had it with
Texas. The are leaving at astronomical rates.
This I guess is because they were not happy there.

The only reason they would leave is because of the tremendous amount of crimes by illegal immigrants and those that are more likely than not progressives.

A definite attraction Texas is an always will be.👍👍✨

Something to consider just from the investment standpoint though and potentially planning for an option in the future.

Looking at the numbers of Californians moving to the state is a bit concerning though. I live in Colorado and they have literally made the state a mess!!!

Thank you for sharing the information like I said it is worth looking into.
