Trump, unlike Biden did not create multiple major crises. Also, Biden will always have faithful cult to give him a positive rating.

Or maybe it was because Trump had been dealing with a full on constant attack by the democrats, the DOJ and the entire news media over a made up Russia collusion story that was eventually proven false. That seems to be a long time ago, four years, when many people still tended to trust the government and media. Sad that that trust has all but been destroyed by the democrats.
