Neither Obama or Biden are the acting president. The international left is running America. Obama was taught how to read a teleprompter, and Biden is coached on what to say when he isn't reading his teleprompter.
Yes, it is a continuation of the dismantling of the United States from within. Obama knew that he represented the enemy, but I'm not sure that Biden realizes at this point in his life that he represents the downfall of America.
