I'm not a tech guy, but.......
There has to be a way to virtually kick bad bob in the boys every time he uses the word "democracy".
I donno, he's a geezer, so maybe a way to just stomp on em.
I know I don't have to go into how we live in a Constitutional, representative Republic with most here, but he keeps parroting, and I think he's sold on it.
When I was shoeing horses, I did a thing I was taught that gave them a small dose of discomfort every time they acted up, and eventually, they figured it out.
So....how bout we kick, or stomp bob's boys every time he posts the word "democracy" on here? Might help break his Yahoo addiction.
We could call it "an act of brotherly love".

Arch,. He's too far gone to waste time on IMHO.
I don’t know Arch. He’s not very bright. And I doubt if he even cares if he gets kicked in the “boys”. I raced horses for twenty years. You blacksmiths had the hardest job. People don’t realize how many horses lean on the smith.

I guess you're familiar with an aluminum race plate with a toe grab, then?

Yep. I raced trotters and pacers. That shoe really became popular in the winter because standardbred tracks are limestone. That toe grab beat the hell out of a steel swedge

It wrecked my shoeing career working on a horse with an idiot owner. I was seeing dollars, and thought I could work my magic on him. I should have walked away, but I was too proud.
Long story, but after the wreck, my left wrist was chewed up by that shoe, and my hand has never been the same. Nerve damage that couldn't be repaired. Lost the dexterity needed to place the nails. And my confidence....
It's all good though. I'm functional, and if you need a hinge, I can hammer you one out of an old brake shoe!!

Probably had the "boys" removed a long time ago!

Why would I do that? Oh, right, you don't want to feel like it only happens to you.

Any American worthy of the name hates democracy.
Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.
John Adams
Democracies have been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death.
James Madison
The experience of all former ages had shown that of all human governments, democracy was the most unstable, fluctuating and short-lived.
John Quincy Adams
To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.
Thomas Jefferson
The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.
Winston Churchill

That's perfect really, the "right" has a problem with the word democracy, the ignorance is beyond belief. I just had a conversation with a person who actually had a problem with the word*understanding* yep another righty. sigh.

You could use a hefty dose of understanding. We're not talking about the word "democracy", we're talking about how disastrous that system of government is.

And Franklin said.
For you to think we govern without our democracy, which is for the people by the people, is like thinking you can drive a car without wheels.
