Do you think he's trying to save jobs? It seems to me that getting rid of jobs is his specialty. It makes more people dependent on the government.

Just as the large Corporations are so dependent on Government for their fat check subsidies. Like $4Billion for Oil Companies?
Why do they need $4 Billion for Oil Subsidies ?
You know they’ll never want to go back to work. They’ll give their money away to upper level executives and go running back to the government for more .
We shouldn’t give them anything and let the Free Market Take them out.
The free market, now there’s joke.

The joke is your knowledge of economics and how it works. Do you think these top level execs really want to depend on government to succeed? They are in there to grow the economy and hence their businesses. No economics school that I'm aware of trains future execs to depend on the government. Their future is new products, new markets and managing profits. Do you think any exec worth his salt is going to ignore the benefits available that the government provides? Of course not. If you have a beef with government subsidies or benefits to business, your gripe should be lodged with Congress. Just remember that in the past 50 years, there have been more Democrat Congresses than Republican.

The joke is your knowledge of economics and how it... (show quote)

Are you kidding? Those corporations have army’s of lobbyists with loads of money for campaigns that push for corporate welfare, no regulations and special tax breaks.

As I told Milosia, your beef is with the decades of Democrat dominated Congresses. In fact they are dominating right now so you should be hitting them hard, unless you think more Trump bashing will succeed better. Maybe a good place to start is working toward eliminating or at least curtailing lobbying efforts. How likely do you think it is for Congress, Democrat or Republican to come up with a bill to that effect? BTW, how do you think Congressmen enter Congress practically broke and come out multi-millionaires? Personally, I think it is better policy to attack these issues at their roots, i.e. the place they started, which is laws passed creating them or continuing to allow them, rather than to try to educate those who are taking advantage of said laws. The problem with you liberals is that you are continually looking for ways to justify your crazy politics rather than make things better.

Does anyone get the feeling that the Uniparty has been bought off by the elites?

Part of the reason Americans love the police state is that the government made Americans dependent on the government.

The government steals money from taxpayers to give to the lazy and outlaws feeding the homeless and starting a business.

The government bans guns so Americans must rely on the Gestapo for protection.

No one dares criticize the government if they will lose their food stamps, Obamacare, Obamaphones, and Section 8.
