Apparently the India Bar Association has less tolerance than it's American counterpart (think Fauci lies) in what it will permit it's health care officials to get away with in terms of medical malpractice!!!!
The Indian Bar Association has taken legal action against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan for her alleged role in spreading disinformation on the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19.
The association served a legal notice (pdf) on Swaminathan on May 25, claiming that she was “spreading disinformation and misguiding the people of India, in order to fulfill her agenda” and sought to prevent her from “causing further damage.”
"They further say that Swaminathan, in her statements against the use of ivermectin, ignored research and clinical trials from two organizations - the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance and the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) - who have presented solid data showing ivermectin prevents and treats COVID-19."
“Dr. Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin,” the plaintiff said in a statement (pdf).

This has to be lies. HCQ does not work. WHO, CDC, NIH, & more importantly Fauci all said it doesn’t. Doctors who spread this lie here were ruined, completely discredited, some lost their jobs & practices.
Fauci will have to go to India and straighten these people out. If they refuse, he will announce that Covid actually originated in India in tigers, transmitted to cobras, then people. WHO will back him up.

If you remember when Trump suggested HCQ, France had already started using it and had “ great success”, yet not too long after that suddenly it was too risky to use???
That was only because fauci’s money market needed to be put together ascwe are now seeing from those leaked emails..

You are welcome. I have trouble trying to adjust to everything being bassackwards from reality myself. I never thought of myself as one of the brightest bulbs in a pack, but bright enough to make a living, provide jobs for others.
I always thought common sense was an important attribute for success. Courtesy & respect were rules for the road. Screaming & cursing at anyone would get you whipped or worse.
We probably should not cogitate over what seems like makes sense & understand we are not qualified to know truth but should have sense enough to accept what we are told is the truth, day by day.
I have been scolded about “yes mam”, “no sir”. At my age, I have trouble understanding if it quacks like a duck, has webbed feet like a duck, swims like a duck, it can be anything but a duck.
I have problems with math now. When something came in gallon jugs in December of 2019 & cost $2.37/jug, comes in 2.36qt. jugs now, cost $7.49 that is not inflation.
It sure would be fun to find out we aren’t mistaken & get to watch the rats start devouring each other.
