By executive action, the governor of Florida made it clear on April 2nd how his state would be addressing “v@ccine passports”...

He’s barring them completely.

Now, the state legislature backed the governor's efforts. On Wednesday they passed a bill that would make permanent what Gov. DeSantis set out to do earlier this month.

A key part of the bill reads…

“A business entity … may not require patrons or customers to provide any documentation certifying C0VID-19 v@ccination or post-infection recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the business operations in this state”.

It also includes a $5,000 fine for violations of the law.

The state legislature backing of this most sensible and logical bill can hardly be called Kabuki.
"Kabuki Theater" is the trademark of all Lefty Wacko's opinion's on anything involving common sense.
Thus your comment.

We need a federal law to nullify this nonsense. Can you imagine the government forcing private businesses to allow unprotected disease infested people into public accommodations to make others sick and die. And to do so against basic infection control protocol.

Common sense has nothing to do with DeSantis or his Florida.

Just what do you think is going on on the border. They are letting them in by the thousands and they don't
bother to even stop the infected ones. They are sending these people all over the country. But you only worry about what the Florida Gov is doing.

Sad, but probably true. I guess we just have to wait for America to be "fundamentally changed" for Dems to realize that the "cancellation" of America will affect them, too!
