Whites need not apply.
White Farmers Sue Biden Admin Over USDA Loan Forgiveness Program Aimed Only at Minorities
Our country’s racial past is checkered, to say the least, but because our founders were wise men, if not perfect men, they bequeathed us a form of government we the people, through our representatives, could alter.
Over the course of our history, through laws, constitutional amendments, and, sadly, a civil war, our predecessors got us as close to “a more perfect union” than when our country was founded.
But in recent years, the American left, using the Democratic Party as its vehicle, has been working overtime to tear down all of the progress we’ve made. In many respects, the left, through its policies, is working to re-segregate our country in ways that are not only unconstitutional but extremely dangerous for a multiethnic society.
Democrats and their surrogates in the media, academia, and the entertainment world have been pushing the lie of “systemic racism” caused by “white supremacy” really hard in the past few years alone, but their effort has been ramped up significantly since Joe Biden ‘won’ the presidency in November.
After he was inaugurated, he launched a series of executive initiatives that are blatantly racist in nature and meant to divide us rather than unite us, as he said he would do if elected.
One of those initiatives is being administered through the Department of Agriculture in the form of a loan forgiveness program which, on its face, seems harmless enough and even appropriate after the economic ravages of the COVID pandemic.
But there’s just one problem with the program: Whites need not apply. Is this not racist? Is this not discrimination? Try putting a FOR SALE sign on your house saying that!
Imagine for a moment, if you even can, former President Donald Trump signing legislation creating a program that provided loan forgiveness only for white farmers; there probably would not have been any farms left in our country by now, because rampaging leftist shock troops would have destroyed and burned them all by now.
So — why is it okay for a federal program to specifically discriminate against any farmers, be they white, black, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, or Martian?
It isn’t okay, and the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty is attempting to make things right in a lawsuit against the USDA
The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty is representing the plaintiffs from Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Ohio in their suit against U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Thomas Vilsack and Farm Service Agency administrator Zach Ducheneaux.
Their complaint argues that a loan program as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for “socially disadvantaged” farmers is unconstitutional because it is race-based.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel noted that the program “pays up to 120% of direct or guaranteed farm loan balances for producers who are Black, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Hispanic or Latino, and Asian American or Pacific Islander.” But white producers do not qualify.
This isn’t the only lawsuit against this patently racist program. A legal organization founded in part by former senior Trump adviser Stephen Miller has also launched a legal action.
“America First Legal opposes discrimination in all forms,” said Miller in a statement announcing the lawsuit. “We hold fast to the immortal words of Martin Luther King Jr. that Americans ‘should not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.’”
These lawsuits should not be necessary because a program like this should never have been passed into law.
After all the progress we’ve made on race and equality, the Democratic left wants to destroy it.

If you want everyone hating each other it's perfectly logical.
