American law enforcement has faced unprecedented challenges over the last 12 months. Last summer, there were riots and violent protests across the country, many of which targeted police directly. The COVID-19 pandemic has added to their workload and complicated the job of policing considerably. On top of all that, they’ve had to face diminished public support due to the propaganda campaigns of organizations like Black Lives Matter.

With all this in mind, it’s hardly surprising that people are choosing to leave their jobs in law enforcement.

Seattle

On Wednesday, April 28, the Associated Press reported that the Seattle Police Department has lost over 200 officers since last year,

New York

Maysonet claimed the vast majority of NYPD officers plan to retire as soon as it’s financially viable. The statistics bear this out; over 5,300 officers either resigned or signaled their intention to resign in 2020, a 75% increase from the previous year.

It’s time for anti-police activists (and their cheerleaders in Washington, DC) to realize our society cannot function without effective policing. Unless we collectively decide to reverse this trend, law and order will quickly start to suffer.

This is exactly the Biden administration’s goal. Probably should say Obama because Biden doesn’t even know who he is. They want chaos so they can bring in the Civilian Federal Police Force that ass wipe Obama talked about.

It’s always interesting to hear what the American troglodytes are thinking. Here’s another spokesman for them. 🤪

I wouldn't do the job either. Everyone has a firearm and you can't tell, just by looking, which people are going to open fire.

You're almost right. The Biden-Obama administration wants the U.N. police to take over so they can declare the whole country under U.N. authority.

How far are Americans going to be pushed before they break?

And there isn't a single one that wasn't a bad apple, having left to evade investigations or prosecution. Cops involved in recent brutality and shootings that are going to come under a new scrutiny are leaving rather than face their internal affairs or DOJ.

Good cops are not worried about scrutiny on behavior that they have never been guilty of or ever will be. It's time for bad cops to be persecuted and removed from policing.

When they see the people sneaking about in the streets wearing the blue helmets they might awaken.

Do you want the bad guys persecuted or prosecuted? Or Both?

Bama's words...

"We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

It's the federales,its the federales!!!!

No need for police that are controlled locally or by their respective state governements.

Their plan is to replace the city police force with a federal police force with loyalties to the party in power, very similar to the German Gestappo during Ausscwitz and prior to WWII. It will be a police force that will target those not loyal to the party, opposed to their policies. That would be both “Christians and Patriots!”

They won't be "sneaking about" - they'll make some noise when they come in.

But good cops don't want to be left to the mercy of the rioters. It's probably going to be just those who are desperate for a paycheck that will be staying.

===============
99% of Cops are good. They risk their lives to protect us. Too many violence from the black community is the hardest jobs they face every day. Most of those out in the streets 24/7 are blacks. Especially late at night.

They start committing crimes. That is why most of those arrested are blacks. they are out there committing the crimes. Who else will the police arrest? Many times, the police officers are called to stop their crime. Like that 16 year-old girl about to kill another 13 year old. Split of a second, who is faster. To save one of them the police officer shot the one brandishing her knife to the other girl. Now this police instead of being appreciated is being sued. This the way how black thugs/mobs make millions of dollars. The commit a crimes, when arrested, they sue. And if they are hurt, they sue million of dollars more.

Because of this, it now becomes an SOP for them aided by the so called CRT, the Critical Race Theory.

Bad cops should be PERSECUTED????? Really? Wow. Who then is to decide finally who is a "bad cop"? Prosecuted I could understand but I am against persecution of anyone for any reason!
