Texas Grid Operators Say Power Is Back To Normal, Except For The Price That Is

The Texas board that sets prices and regulation went full on with the go ahead to go to the maximum rate cap.
The Texas government seems to think that the federal government will step in and pay people's power bills that are tens of thousands of dollars too high.

Do you know how easy it would have been for the people of Texas not to get hammered by ludicrously high power bills? The "regulatory" board had only to not authorize rates to be increased to their highest cap allowed by laws that should have never been passed in the first place by Texas lawmakers. They voted to allow ERCOT to pay for and charge their customers the maximum allowable rates for power.

The GRIDDY provider has the unique advantage of being able to deduct their bills from people's credit cards or bank accounts. Imagine seeing your bank debit or credit card being hit for $16,000?

That my friends is not back to any kind of normal anyone in their right minds would want to have to deal with. In spite of being a "liberal" source, they, unlike FOX link to other credible sources

There's your free market at it's finest. Hint: every power grid in the country is at risk of massive failure. Why you ask? Simply put.......................they're over a century old.
