It was not quite a defense of his having access. It's obvious that ACLU would prefer his blacklisting. Never forget, ACLU was founded by communists to use The Constitution for the protection of communists.

Where does the US Constitution or the Bill of Rights give a lying creep the right to post on an internet platform.
Let him go to the town square.

Dems don't give a hoot about ACLU; all they care about is their agenda; everyone else can literally go to hell, which is where they'll be soon if they don't have a change of heart.

proud, I rarely disagree with the ACLU, but these social media companies are private, and have the right to set standards for their sights. It is clear that Trump violated those standards, and Twitter has the right, and in this case the responsibility to take away Trumps account. Trump has proven himself to be seditious, and a real danger to American democracy.
I'm shocked to see so many cultists backing this sociopathic criminal!

proud, It is Trump that threatens democracy, not Twitter. He advocated a violent attack on the US Congress. That is a lot of federal crimes in that action, not the least of which is sedition. I would love to see every traitor that took part in this assault on American democracy go to prison for the maximum penalty allowed by law. This includes all those Republican enablers like Graham, and Cruz.
