I checked the numbers and they agree.

Anyone from Nevada want to weight in on this. Timing issue? Another explanation?

It's simple; some people voted but left the presidential slots blank, some people ONLY filled out the presidential slots. There are automatic tabulations, so there's no way for the number of votes cast to exceed the number of ballots received.

That's my point. How can there be more votes than ballots cast? What you describe would be more ballots casts than votes tabulated.
