Celebrating diversity should actually be the tag on the bottom, where everybody is united in their acceptance of diversity, which is more a conservative theme.

The top, which is wrongly labelled celebrating diversity, depicts segregation of the various elements of society, which is more in tune with the divisiveness fostered by the left, whose agendas are dependent upon accenting differences between rather than similarities that define us as one people, because it benefits their politics to create an adversarial atmosphere.

I like it as it stands . Different segments of society embracing their cultural differences. Proud of their heritage. Instead of doing the melting pot thing. You can be diverse and still find unity by just accepting everyone as they are.Equal but individual. Police , Plummets.Parolees

Democrats, Deplorables. And the races and racists. It would be a boring place without diversity.

If diverse types don't mix, there is no commonality and in some ways you end up in a Babelesque situation -- as the left prefers -- wherein society as a whole has no common direction, rather you get a tribal mentality to which country and patriotism take a back seat.

African countries like Somalia are like that, and we see how Somalia works out.

Segregation also leads to a more easily subjugated populace, pitting factions against each other and one by one, by pretending to cater to each as a priority, suck them in -- just ask the left, it's the first thing their trained insurrectionists strive for, and it's clearly what they're attempting to do here in today's America.

A united citizenry is a strong citizenry, a divided citizenry is a vulnerable one.

The left began the segregatory process by hyphenating Americans; African-American, Asian-American, etc to eliminate the obstacle of everyone considering themselves simply "American," thereby placing themselves on the same team, as it were.

Now, having divided so many, they oversee, much to their satisfaction, a society in which patriotism is equated by many with racism and people burn American flags like kindling.

No, I'll go with the lower frame on this.

The only flaw is that a mulatto is still considered black so even though it is mixed is still isn't considered to have changed color. I'm half Hispanic and even though I am dark-skinned I always passed for white so I guess it's what is mixed with what, that makes the difference...

Interesting meme. Certainly made me think!

And what isn't tribal about patriotic clinging to one's country? That is actually the very definition of tribalism where, if you aren't aligned with certain traits (patriotism), you aren't part of the tribe (Americans) That's why you conservatives run around calling yourselves patriotic and Americans and allude that you are the only ones who align with those traits...

1) who burns an American flag like it was kindling and 2) when was the last American flag burned?

Tribalism in a segregated manner is not conducive to playing for the larger team.

One of the screw-ups in Somalia, since I already mentioned that hellhole, is that the president is from one tribe while the prime minister is from another -- yes, they have both -- and the two frequently work at cross purposes. One (I forget which) even belongs to a tribe whose largest revenues come from piracy.

But the tribe always comes first, not the country, and whoever is in a top spot essentially takes care of his own tribe and the others are of little consequence.

That's what the left is trying to do here with its identity politics while Trump is trying to restore the patriotic, one country one people attitude that keeps a nation strong.

The reason leftists are not considered 'patriotic' is because of their actions....

Actually, a society doesn't have to include people of different races or ethnicities to be diverse. All human beings are unique, thus no one else is exactly like them. So, every community, every society is extremely diverse, even if they did not include a single person of a different race.

A society, a nation composed of tribes, has no national loyalty or patriotism. The peoples cling only to their tribes and those tribes are constantly warring with each over their differences, over their desire to control the other tribes, etc. A balkinized land, a nature of tribes is what our nation is becoming, each with its own culture, customs, language, etc, and constantly at war with each other for power over all. No national identity, because there actually is a nation in name only. But, such does provide for a lot of abject poverty, lots and lots of constant violence, a few elite very rich in control of the nation, and generation after generation nothing ever changes in such countrues.
