I noticed they haven't answered your question. They haven't answered mine either. This is yet another example of what I've been writing about lately, the difference between the culture of science and the culture of faith. Answering questions only makes sense in the culture of science where there is a process of assessing the facts. The culture of faith on the other hand is dominated by the process of insisting something is true no questions allowed.

They don't want to answer our questions or assess the facts, they just want us to accept what they say as the truth and they are so wrapped up in that culture that they don't even understand how a conspiracy theory that suits their narrative could possibly be anything but the truth.

It's a good thing there are lots of people like you and me bro, if left up to these guys and their culture of faith, we would still be treating the flu with dark rooms, leeches and exorcisms.

They're gradually cutting their own collective throat.

They still don't get that there are a lot less stupid Americans than they seem to think, and the more they insult our intelligence, the more they are seeing their credibility and therefore their ratings going down, and the less their ad space is worth.

YES! Why wait for four more years so the same thing can happen. We want this voting fiasco cleaned up now and election integrity returned. Never again should unsolicited mail-in ballots be allowed.

prove it.
On behalf of the Pennsylvania Republican party, the speaker of the Pennsylvania House hand delivered a letter to governor Wolf stating a list of complaints regarding voter fraud.

The focus of those complaints center on the fact that the Pennsylvania supreme court violated Article I, Section 4 and Article II, Section 1, para 2-4 of the US Constitution and Pennsylvania state election law regarding determining the time, place and manner for holding elections. Both the CONUS and PA state election law prescribe the state legislature as the sole authority for establishing rules for the election process. The PA SC ignored the law and unilaterally altered the election process to include accepting ballots 3 days to one week AFTER the polls closed. This opened the door to all kinds of malfeasance.
Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar

Moreover, Republican observers were not allowed within 100 feet of the counting stations so they were unable to exercise their right to monitor the process.

You don't even want to know what happened in Philly around midnight on November 3rd when president Trump was leading by 700,000+ votes.

There is currently no Democrat administration Don. But Trump lawyers *are* desperate; you got that right.
The administration Don is referring to is the Pennsylvania government.

that is blocking their every move and berating them in the press.

The moves are being blocked by the courts not the Democrats and that is only happening because Trump has no evidence, not even any probable cause. The courts have a lot to do, so they're not going to waste their time on Trump's fantasies.
Democrats, never Trump republicans, and media mouthpieces are screaming "Where the hell is the evidence?.

It is shameful, but not surprising, how ignorant they are of the law in civil litigation.

To file a civil complaint you need a reasonable basis in fact and law, allegations can be made on information and belief. A motion to dismiss by the defense tests the legal sufficiency of the complaint. So, assuming everything in the complaint is true is how the judge looks at it - does it state a claim upon which relief can be granted. So, for a motion to dismiss, everything is assumed to be true and all reasonable inferences are granted to the plaintiff.

Expedited discovery? Expedited discovery can be granted by the court when injunctive relief is sought, such as a temporary restraining order and/or a preliminary injunction. Depending on the need for proper resolution, discovery can be ordered immediately. (Courts have the power to speed discovery along, and very fast.)

People do not file in civil court with reams and reams of "evidence". Reason being, there has not yet been discovery. They are simply trying to gather enough information where it looks like a reasonable basis exists in fact and law for the allegations being made.

It is great if you have sworn affidavits, and the Trump legal team has hundreds of sworn affidavits from witnesses to fraud and whistle blowers, including 3 Dominion employees who witnessed improper ballot validation and manipulation of software algorithms. But such affidavits are not necessary in filing a legitimate complaint.

Investigation into Dominion voter system/Smartmatic software revealed "an unexplained significant deviation from expected results, mathematical inconsistencies supported by experts who filed affidavits and reports should be more than sufficient to suspect fraud and grounds for filing suits."

You don't have to have sworn affidavits to file in civil court, and you certainly don't have to have a ton of evidence. The argument is, "On a reasonable basis in fact and law, I have enough information here to make an allegation, and we want the opportunity to pursue our law suit and conduct discovery - written discovery, document demands, depositions, witness lists, and we want this done quickly. At this point, you can in fact get subpoenas.

Right now, none of that exists, unless a court allows it to exist, and this has not been done. Obviously the judges are not doing their job. This is most noticeable in the western states like Nevada.

Also, hateful Democrat lawyers have now pushed two law firms off the case with physical threats of violence.

Dems Start 'Enemies List' to Go After People Who Supported Trump, Including Federal Judges He Appointed

Some on the left believe that the President has lost and Joe Biden has won, their true colors are coming out. Not only do they want control information, they want to make you pay if you supported Trump. Prominent leftists and media folks are talking about making an “enemies list” to go after people.

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin called for making sure that Trump supporters not be allowed to work or accepted into “polite society.”

* Jennifer 'the people have decided' Rubin
@JRubinBlogger
Any R now promoting rejection of an election or calling to not to follow the will of voters or making baseless allegations of fraud should never serve in office, join a corporate board, find a faculty position or be accepted into "polite" society. We have a list.

* Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
@AOC
US House candidate, NY-14
Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.

People connected to Barack Obama and Pete Buttigieg began spreading the link to a site called the “Trump Accountability Project.”

* So is the present.
We’re launching the Trump Accountability Project to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.
— Hari Sevugan (@HariSevugan) November 6, 2020.

* Yes, we are.
The Trump Accountability Project (@trumpaccproject)
Every Administration staffer, campaign staffer, bundler, lawyer who represented them — everyone.
— Michael Simon (@mbsimon) November 6, 2020.

* Joel Pollak
@joelpollak
People making lists of other people for political retribution:
- @AOC (member of Congress)
- @mbsimon (list includes judges)
- @emabrams (ditto)
- @JRubinBlogger (@washingtonpostcolumnist)

* Joel Pollak
@joelpollak
Replying to @joelpollak @AOC and 4 others
Adding to the list of people making a list of other people for political retribution: @just_jenna and @HariSevugan.
Interesting that both @emabrams and @HariSevugan are former @PeteButtigieg staffers. He's on @JoeBiden's transition team. I wonder what they have to say about this

They’re literally advocating for going after their political opponents for “wrong think.” Can we say shades of Communist China here? Trying to stop the people from getting jobs and banning them from society? That’s literally what some of these folks are saying. This is scary fascistic stuff and they see nothing wrong with what they are saying.

As Rosie Memos found, they even put federal judges on this list of people to go after, for the ‘sin’ of being nominated by Donald Trump.

* Rosie memos@almostjingo
Michael Simon has now deleted his bio but we all know he worked for @BarackObama and we all know that today he put 57 Federal Judges on a hit list.

That's what he said alright and it was during one of his lucid states.

Dementia will do that to a person. Their filter doesn't work and they blurt out the truth.

I won't waste my time sparring with a Trump Deranged lemming. Trump and Conservatives have endured four years of spiteful abuse from people like you who never got over Hillary's loss. We had Crossfire Hurricane, Crossfire Razor, the Russian collusion hoax, the totally partisan and bogus impeachment fiasco, and now voter fraud. This whole thing stinks of fascism. America's democracy is at stake. Fascists gain and keep control, first by promoting big government, eliminating individual rights, control of the media, and finally election fraud and rigging. America is in big trouble. If Democrats get away with this fraud, no future election will be safe.

I'm sure that you didn't cheat, any more than my Democrat wife cheated. I just have to wonder what the heck happened to the minds of so many people who are willing to give up freedoms to big government control.
