The Deep State is deeper than I thought. In Washington DC, Obama still has the influence.
Bush Boy Barr is more concerned with protecting the status quo of a rogue government run by those who are not elected.
Obama is the demise of America, and he goes about unchecked with his destruction.
Trump objects, but no one else in Washington DC objects.

My wife started knitting years ago as a way to keep her hands busy when we travelled. She has gotten quite good at it. Makes all kinds of gifts for our kids and grandkids, and has been paid by a number of people at work and at church to make them versions of the hats she has made for herself. I hope you have as much fun with it as my Sweetheart has.

I do have a lot of fun with it. I have two aunts and four female cousins. Every year, I make a dozen (give or take) beaded, lace neckwarmers for my family. Each year has a different design, and I don't use the same colorways of yarn and beads to keep them interesting.

When everyone has arrived to the party, I put the neckwarmers on display and hand out numbers 1 - 6, and the person with the 1 picks first.

The leftover neckwarmers go to the kids' veterinarian, the Amazon driver, other people from whom I expect nothing. It brings me holiday cheer.

Good for you! What a great way to celebrate the holidays! I do not remember my Sweetheart making a neckwarmer, so I will mention it to her. She is always looking for new projects. She has found a number of interesting patterns on Pintrist, so you might give it a look.

I have been doing just that for years now. I especially like lace because I like watching the design take shape.

Thank you for the suggestion!
