My favorite to screw around with are those that start out with, "This call is recorded." They don't have the right the record to you without your explicit permission. Therefore, as soon as they say they are recording you they are in violation of the law. I immediately interrupt them with "Who gave you permission to record me." And then persist and demand answers and tell them you do not give them permission. If they still persist, say, "Did you get that officer. Thanks." Then hang up.
Sometimes it is fun to fool with them. Any other good ways to tell them to F. O.

Well, it's kind of gross. You get the call and they say you're being recorded for quality control? "I hope you don't mind me masturbating through this." Every so often throw in a moan or sigh.

Yes it is, I constantly get the car shield one. I ask them, do you want to buy it? Then I tell them that I just bough a Mercedes, I won't be needing you for a long time.
