Mail In ballots, if allowed, should have a designated delivery date five days before Election Day so that bogus ballots don’t get stuffed in the ballot box on Election Day.

In my State, ballots not received by the time polls open aren't counted, and by received I mean logged, opened and recorded. They are supposed to be logged in the mail room when they arrive, to prevent someone from "ballot dropping", where ballots from "unfriendly" districts get dropped on the floor and kicked under the table.

Since some say it's black people who are not able to make it to the polls, offer free watermelon .... they'll come.

Better yet, offer a free bullet, bring your gun and we'll match it. Have the police on site to check gun registration. You can still vote, just may not have a gun to put that bullet into.

If mail in ballots are allowed, then voter registration with voter ID should also be the only way.
