I am asking is there is at least a one time fix for this country to stop and prevent all of the Anti American crap That is going on. The only thing that I can come up with is for President Trump to either declare and institute the insurrection act or to declare Marshall Law in the various states (which can be done per the constitution) that have been allowing all of the rioting which the democrats have been unwilling to denounce. I think that by doing that those states that have basically told the Federal Government to go and pound sand need to have their so called leadership immediately removed! Of course it will be reported that Trump has become a dictator but it needs to be understood that the federal government is sovereign over the entire United States of America regardless of states rights especially when those states are and have been basically succeeding from the sovereign legal authority of the Untied States of America. It is imperative that this great country does not devolve into the socialist/communist sate that the left have been pushing so hard for. If there are any other cures for all of this BS Im all ears!

Your assertion that the fed has sovereignty over States is flat out wrong, as the Constitution CLEARLY establishes that the PEOPLE have sovereignty, who's will is declared through their States government. The 2nd amendment was drafted to PREVENT a takeover by the fed.
