The Media is Lying About the ‘Second Wave’

As Dr. Ron Paul points out in his article below, have you noticed the shift in media hype from "deaths" to "cases"?

Have you been heard the "scare stories of Houston hospitals being overwhelmed with Covid cases"? Not True!

"In fact, there has been much reporting that the “spike” in Texas cases is not due to a resurgence of the virus but to hospital practices of Covid-testing every patient coming in for any procedure at all. If it’s a positive, well that counts as a “Covid hospitalization.” Why would hospitals be so dishonest in their diagnoses? Billions of appropriated Federal dollars are being funneled to facilities based on the number of “Covid cases” they can produce. As I’ve always said, if you subsidize something you get more of it. And that’s why we are getting more Covid cases."

Also, as an FYI, there was a great article on the Mercola website entitled "Majority of People Are Already Resistant to SARS-CoV-2". Here are the highlights:

Story at-a-glance

SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies are only found in the most severe cases — about 1 in 5. That suggests COVID-19 may in fact be five times more prevalent than suspected. It also means it may be five times less deadly than predicted.

Even though people who had been exposed to infected individuals had SARS-CoV-2-specific immunoglobulin A (IgA) antibodies in their mucosa, there were no virus-specific antibodies in their blood.

The strength of antiviral immune responses, including T cell activation and proliferation, slows with age. This can help explain why older people are vastly more susceptible to severe COVID-19 illness and death.

Your humoral immune system can kick in if there’s cross-reactivity with another very similar pathogen. In the case of COVID-19, there’s evidence to suggest exposure to other coronaviruses that cause the common cold can confer immunity against SARS-CoV-2.

Between 40% and 60% of people who have not been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 still have resistance to the virus on the T-cell level.

I posted an article, with a link showing that in spite of a resurgence of "cases," the death rate from Covid 19 is currently at it's lowest rate since March 26. It has declined steadily since May 5, in spite of the increase in positive tests. Once more, in my county of 50,000 residents, we have had ONE death from Corona. Total. During the same period we had four from the plain old flu that visits every year. The one Corona death we had was a patient late eighties with advanced heart disease.
It would seem that in NW Georgia, the plain old flu is deadlier than Covid 19.
It must be something in the cornbread.

And what is that death rate you seem so proud to boast about?

For your feeble mind to work on 330 million in America and only 500 thousand dead. So, your job is to work that out for the percentage. GO

This is according to a doctor, as quoted by Gateway Pundit:
Dr. Russell Blaylock, MD reports that wearing masks may actually harm you

After more than five months of the coronavirus and discussions about whether a mask helps or hurts we are still at square one. There is no evidence it prevents the virus from spreading to healthy people but the mask is unhealthy because it reduces the flow of oxygen to the brain.

Personal opinion - there are already too many 'brain dead' walking around so hopefully they wear a mask. I do NOT wear a mask, go shopping and have had no problems.

Whoa capt, whoa, back down, all stop, before you run aground. Population of US is 330M. Deaths world wide are 500K. Deaths in US 129550. Keep in mind not everyone in U.S. is infected. Positive cases in US, 129550. You are hereby directed to return to course, maintain speed.

But as evidenced from your posts, you must have worn one in the past or been oxygen deprived for quite some period of time.

Perma, two comments.
1. ""Just a few days ago, the New York Times reported that 54,000 deaths due to COVID-19 — 43% of all deaths in the United States — occurred in nursing home residents and workers."

So you can thank the governors of New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Minnesota, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York for their foresight, and vision in protecting the most vulnerable of their states population. Ordering long term care facilities to re-admit discharged CV-19 patients from hospitals and mixing them in with non-infected residents without adequate isolation protocols was CRIMINALLY negligent in my view.

2. Did you notice the shift of media attention from CV-19 "deaths" to reported cases? The recent rise in infections is mostly an artifact of massively expanded testing capabilities seems to occur to no one in the government or media. Did you know that everyone going into a hospital is tested for CV-19, and if admitted (for any reason) is treated as a CV-19 admission? Think the higher government re-reimbursement rate for a CV-19 admission has anything to do with that?

Positive cases are the same as deaths? So there is a 100% death rate
