Why allow ice to waste protective equipment that can save lives to save lives. International airfare is shut down so how do you ship them? The fix is to shelter in place until our health care system gets a handle on this.

I agree with you. They can pick their checks up at a ICE office at an international airport. Then charge them for their air fare and tattoo and processing fee.
Airfare is home?
Tattoo is on their forehead so they can be readily identified as a repeat offender if they ever try to return.
Processing fee is whatever is left to help the ICE budget for costs in chasing them and trying to defend our borders.
