A little dry ice will keep it for a couple days of travel, I have a certain hunters sausage I order out Poland....about a 3 day from dock to porch....dry ice is gone but meat is still frozen solid.

Personally I prefer lamb to veal, but both are good. Livestock breeds were developed by people so that we could eat them, just as pet animals were developed to be companions, protectors of our property, and help manage our livestock. God put them here for us to use, but to care for and treat well while we maintain them. God created us to be in charge of the animals to use as we need but never to waste.
