There is no one Trump won't mock and age nor the sex of the person has any meaning for him. So if Melania is serious shouldn't she start by dressing down her husband before she attacks anyone else?
Then there is the fact that Republicans insist that Barron's name be kept out of the news cycle and they are the first ones to use Barron over and over and over to bash their political opponents. The only thing you care about is the opportunity to bash your political opponents. Barron is nothing more than a tool for you to do it. The worst Karlan can be accused of making a bad pun. Trump mocks everyone, including children and the disabled, and you conservatives roar your approval while he does it.
