St Peter has two questions for entrance into heaven

Did you know joy? Joy is the celebration of a good heart and its actions, an in-depth appreciate for being in such grace.

Did you spread joy? Endless possibilities of fulfilling that point. Many may be unknown. A nod, a hello, a pat on the back, a thank you, and so forth. People need appreciation and it can change their lives for the better. Here is an awareness many do not have in changing lives or moods. A blinking four-way red for both vehicular and foot traffic. Face this 10xs a day on my way to work each day. Usually I will sit on this bench until the traffic dies, not to slightly aggravate the drivers in a hurry for work. But if I do cross when vehicles are held up, I make it a point to wave a thank you and speed my crossing. I do not lose anything by this and my gestures may induce a kinder heart, making those I gave a wave to feeling good and less apt to harm.

I know a lot of people who do know how far a kind word, gesture or smile can go. But you’re right...we humans have a tendency to put self first. We never know what someone else is going through.

A kindness can encourage someone and that can be passed on to others. Same with harsh words or unkind acts.
