Article I, Section 5, Paragraph 2 of The Constitution says:

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.


This means that every member of The House can bring a charge against every other member for disorderly Behaviour and move for his or her exclusion. I suggest every Republican do that, naming every Democrat, including Pelosi, AOC, Schiff, etc.

Mark Twain said that it's better to say nothing and look stupid than to open your mouth (or in this case, write) and remove all doubt. Neither house is required to have a 2/3 majority for exclusion. That is required for impeachment.
