I’m a retired veteran. I’ve lost faith specially because of my former Party the Republicans. It started with Sarah Palin, but now, it’s truly profoundly sick. Trump isn’t the threat - it’s the blind corrupt politicians who enabled him and the brainwashed weak minded sheep who follow him. It’s CRYSTAL clear who and what trump is. However, Republicans are brainwashed with fear, racism, paranoia, false patriotism, and fascism. Going all the way back to McCarthyism, but today it’s all done by trump and filth like Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and Alex Jones. Fear is the easiest way to control weak minded people. Trump is a vile, repulsive, corrupt, global elitist, born rich, spoiled, hooker-addicted, racist, entitled brat who went to Ivy League college on daddy’s dime, chickened out of the draft 5x, inherited everything he has, went bankrupt 5x (a form of welfare), and built his life of extreme greed on the backs of illegal immigrant construction workers and shafting blue collar vendors. Not to mention he put his own kids on the Whitehouse payroll while they continue to run his businesses & use their govt positions to make deals for daddy. NEPOTISM. He also using taxpayers money to fund his Mar-a-largo resort and DC hotel. His entire staff is made up of global elitist rich pigs trying to pillage America to line their pockets. Biggest swamp on earth. He’s also the first president to insult veterans on Twitter, to skip Arlington & WW2 ceremonies because of rain and his hair, and the first to refuse to spend Christmas with troops (despite a VA hospital just a mile from the Whitehouse). Not to mention he held a phony fundraiser during the election and stole from veterans. He throws tantrums on Twitter like a 4 year old. Directly uses his position to degrade and sow distrust of the free press and the FBI/DOJ. He blatantly encourages violence and threatens jail time against his opponents and protesters. He routinely calls the free press the "enemy of the people." Not to mention, his ENTIRE CAREER in NYC has been one of extreme corruption and attacking disabled veteran vendors. Trump only cares about himself, his ego, his wallet, and his penis. Trump could care less about America, except to gaslight it for his ego and wallet. 17 investigations, almost all of his closest long term advisors have all pleaded guilty, been convicted, or are under investigation. Absolute sick level of corruption.

Reading what you wrote their is no way you could vote for Trump, do you know anything about those who would run against him, let them and the party know they need to find another president, this one is rotten to the core.

A Leftist vet is a rarity . You know I to quite the republican party but in doing so I didn't do something real stupid as join the democrats. The way the democrats embrace socialism and want to destroy our Constitution as the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments and their love of Muslims. They should move to Europe.It's also one big gun free zone Their utopia awaits. Get some good teeth before the move as soon kitchen knifes will be ban and you'll need some good teeth to eat meat. One more word of advise If a Muslim goes on a jihad with a truck do what the police do, run.

Well I know the Republicans aren't perfect but are heads and shoulders taller than the Democrats !

Give the fact the Democrats are telling us they want to completely do away with the Constitution and Electoral College and provide sanctuary cities and states , have open borders etc etc etc !

I'll stay with the Republicans because at this time we are only a two party government with several sideline parties that makes no difference and only helps the Democrats in the end !

Now in the event a third party with some really good solid people were to come into play it is at that time I'd seriously take a look at them !

One of the three markers that a society is collapsing internally is when many of the elderly, those who traditionally brought wisdom and stability to society, become liberal leftists. My own parents were like that. My brother has remarked that when we were boys our parents were a bit to the right of Attila The Hun. He's right but they changed. Our mom went to Queens College after we left home got advanced degrees in psychology and later became a high school guidance counselor. She told us that she frequently told young pregnant unmarried girls to jump off the front porch and cause an end to their pregnancy. After they retired they traveled all over the world absorbing many other cultures and syncretising other faiths into their Christianity.

I suggest my parents, your old veteran and yourself drank of the same muddy waters. Don't take issue; you're not alone but you, and those who have made the same ultimate compromise, are seriously wrong.
