I think she would be a good choice but not because she is a woman and black; because she is smart and experienced.

She's already been there, during a time of two wars, and done good. I'm for it 100%.

So you do not hold the fact she was given heads up about a eminent attack by al Qaeda in Jan01 that had she passed on could have stopped 911 against her. She was also warned about sleeper cells, and she did not think it was important to pass forward, instead she had Clinton’s former counterterrorism “czar” Richard Clarke demoted so he no longer had cabinet-level access. On January 31, 2001, Dr. Rice and Colin Powell were briefed on the report of the US Commission on National Security/21st Century. This report had 50 suggestions for combating terrorism in the US (including fortifying airplane cockpit doors to inhibit hijackings) but all of them were ignored. Indeed, she ignored requests to meet with the President and orchestrated a reorganization where meetings were attended by invitation only.

She could be a pink and yellow plaid Martian and she would not get a nod from me.

Condi got suckered by the intelligence community, on Iraq's supposed WMD's, and led US into Iraq.

She was smart enough, and big enough, to own up to her fault, for being deceived.

Experience is the best teacher, and Condi is now Well Educated.

I think that she would be a good choice, and a good fit, if she'll take the job?

She has experience being a woman and black? I suppose that's true. You do realize that the majority of old white male Republicans don't believe that women should hold positions of power, don't you?

President Trump doesn't seem to subscribe to that fallacy.

The Democrats' view seems to be that any woman will do (Hillary, for example, or Napolitano), while the Republicans' view, as with candidates for any position, is the right one for the job.

Really? What female has ever had a position of power over Trump, besides his Mother? Republicans apparently DON'T care about being right for the job, or have the appropriate experience and talent, because they put Trump in the WH, and approved whatever knot heads he picked to fill key positions.

That's just typical TDS bulls**t, which is essentially an indication of the depth of your knowledge base where reality is concerned if your collective posts are anything to go by.

Now run along and play...

She is a smart lady and will never destroy her career and legacy by being associated with Thump. She wouldn’t touch him with a dung fork.
