Obama had no glitches in economic growth, it was slow and steady. Trump stepped into a steady economy and it kept doing what it had been doing.
Obama stepped into the Bush recession, and took the economy from a deplorable place to excellent stability.
Stability is not the word that would be used to describe Trump's economy, and it is turning from the almost ten years of stability into an instability. Obama did not start with an excellent economy and go into a recession, he started with a recession and brought us out of it by doing the things that it takes to turn that direction.
A trump recession is NOT going to look better than the stable economy Obama had, that was a profoundly ignorant comment.
