Where Is The Rest Of The Money Allocated For Puerto Rico?

Trump is now under fire for raiding FEMA funds for the wall. The point is being made by FEMA that disaster relief could be delayed if they run out of money until congress authorizes more. Trump supposedly only grabbed a couple hundred million. FEMA is still sitting on over $20 Billion that was allocated for Puerto Rico.

Sounds like FEMA needs a bit of an accountability audit.

The question is what did Obama do with the money to be allocated to Puerto Rico? What did Obama do with the $850 billion for Stimulus, but nothing I could see done? Some of them given to the Muslims.
Feb 13, 2012 - Obama proposed $51.6 billion in funding for the U.S. State Department ... would go to establish a new “Middle East and North Africa Incentive Fund,” ... In fiscal 2012, $250 million of aid approved for Egypt was economic; $1.3 ...e Muslim countries, like Egypt, Hamas, and created programs that will enhance Islam in the US, build and rebuilt Islam mosques all over the world.

I thought you cared about the over crowding conditions illegal invaders are suffering at the border. I mean 6 people have to share one 90 inch flat screen and the AC is set to 74 degrees, they have to limit their individual showers to 30 minutes, plus they are forced to eat only 3 meals a day! So FEMA and other well deserving organizations are shaving their unallocated budget to give them and their supporters what you have demanded, better living accommodations than the vast majority of natural born citizens have to work for.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) notified Congress in late July that it intended to reprogram funds from several agencies — including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Coast Guard — to detention centers managed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

In a statement to CBS News, FEMA said the transfer of funds to "support the border emergency" will leave the agency with $447 million in funding for future disaster relief efforts. "This amount will be sufficient to support operational needs and will not impact ongoing long-term recovery efforts across the country," the agency added.

FEMA said the current pool of funding for ongoing recovery efforts, including those for natural disasters in 2017, will not be affected by the transfer. In its notification to Congress, DHS said the disaster relief funds left intact at FEMA will be sufficient to sustain operations "absent significant new catastrophic events."

Please ask Hillary Clinton, and her Foundation. In the guise of charity, Clinton received hundreds of millions from foreign countries using Haiti as target to be funded. It came out that only 5% went to Haiti charity.

The Miami Herald has a video of Haitian activists protesting the Democratic National Convention, primarily because of the “Clinton Foundation’s spending in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake.” According to The Nation in a piece titled The Shelters That Clinton Built, the Clinton Foundation provided Haiti with trailers “structurally unsafe and laced with formaldehyde” that “came from the same company being sued for sickening Hurricane Katrina victims.” Pertaining to the Clinton Foundation’s legacy in Haiti, The New York Times writes “the Clintons have become prime targets of blame for the country’s woes.”

As a result of the Clinton Foundation’s controversial involvement with Haiti, The Huffington Post reports that Florida’s Haitian-American community might have a profound impact on Election Day. Ryan Grim explains the influence of Florida’s Haitian-American community in a piece titled With All Eyes On Haiti, Its Diaspora In Florida Could Swing A Close Election. With a sudden shift in U.S. immigration policy dividing Haitian families, alongside the Clinton Foundation’s role in Haiti, Florida’s Haitian community’s discontent might impact other ethnic groups on Election Day.

Puerto Rico's infrastructure--power, and sewage disposal, roads, bridges, dams, ports, hospitals, water supply and water treatment plants--was a disaster long before Maria ravaged the island It is no wonder that when Marla hit the island the damage and loss of life was so great.

It is important to understand that Puerto Rico was destined for humanitarian crisis and was in crisis long before Hurricane Maria. It was only a matter of time before it became evident to the mainland of the United States and the world. The Obama administration had years, but it let Puerto Rico slip into decay and put the people residing there at grave risk. Now, people are pointing fingers at the Trump administration that somehow the president is to blame for the harm that has come to Puerto Rico, when it is really years of neglect and incompetence by the federal government as well as local officials.

Everybody is corrupt in government, human service, the medical community, and the judicial system. The International Criminal bankers, everyone is in bed with evil forces and the homosexual community. Just a matter of time before all hell break out, and the people take to the streets. $7 trillion dollars was missing from the Pentagon, and the accountant office is where the missile hit the Pentagon. We are heading towards anarchy and civil war. Don't give up your guns, and learn how to make a bomb, its easy, and the subways is a open market and Target or night club

Eye opener, and wake up call. Beautiful Caucasian female once said "we need revolution", when I expressed opposition to the Mayor's of Sodom and Gomorrah (NYC), and MTA.

The New York Post reported on Tuesday or about, that a beautiful Caucasian prostitute had killed two Johns with a drug overdose.

She's blamed it on her pimp, so she's gave up her life, for prison term for a pimp, and was making big money selling her self, and performing various sexual ACTS. I don't get the thinking of some females, and that why I would never trust anyone of them.

Now you should be embarrassed and ashamed to get on opp we all know how foolish you are.

Correct, don't give them nothing! They flood the USA, with drugs, and destroy people's life's, and control and kill beautiful Caucasian, and Latino Americans females.

Let them suffer, for they like making others people suffer. They're are corrupt to the core of there being, and they have enough money to take care of their own country and people.

Let them, or force them to use the drug epidemic money, that they have, and invest it into the Cities, and PR. America have to take care of her own people, and needs, and our elders.
