Obama-Era Decision on Illegals’ DNA Samples Has Let Violent Criminals Walk Free. And Americans can thank former Obama cabinet members for that.
Noncompliance with the law “has allowed subjects subsequently accused of violent crimes, including homicide and sexual assault, to elude detection even when detained multiple times by CBP or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),” Special Counsel Henry Kerner wrote in a letter obtained by Fox.
Somewhere there is a lib group and lib judge who will challenge any enforcement of DNA sampling. This will be yet another argument by the liberals that the practice is RACIST and targets minorities. Better to have people killed by ILLEGALS than to have the ILLEGALS identified as criminals BEFORE they actually go on a killing spree. Hell, even if they do kill, the libs still find a reason why they should be excused for the murder. Sad!

I as a USA born person have to submit my DNA sample to law enforcement.
Its outrageous that the hundreds of thousands of illegals in the country want healthcare and dorm life and free lawyers.
but they don't think they should be able to track people using any name they want when caught.. and then for the rest of their lives they trade on fake identities and fake documents to work
It's outrageous that these "guests" who have bum-rushed our border can define what rules they want to follow and which they will ignore.
I live in Los Angeles.
I know people in their fifties who have worked and lived under other names and lived and worked in households under the table.
Now they face retirement with little to show because they worked under the table.
They are aging. They are dependent on family members who are also in the same boat. To get govt aid they have to sign under penalty of perjury they have not worked under any other name and they have no undeclared income
They are not investigated until someone blows the whistle. Someone they have known for a long time or someone they were close to.
If person A gets benefits other ppl are envious. Person B loses their apt and can't get help. They talk to person C. who night blow the whistle on Person A as to get their job or apt. or car.
They blow the whistle or will one day. This is the future of all these people who think there are amazing jobs falling out of the sky.
I live where men go out and stand in from of their cars all day with nothing to.do. NO effort to earn or contribute
.There are four homeless men tethered to this side of the block and they hide in out parking lot or sleep in the street in front of our bldg or just on the porch. .
These are ppl who came over the border 20-30 years ago. They have no future except on the dole. they sleep on the sidewalk in filthy jeans and plaid flannel shirts in hundred degree heart. One man crawls behind the dumpster for peace. The smell is unbelevable.
But they have money for fireworks and drugs and gas for the vans. Three or four cars every day with men living inside parked in front of a construction zone.
IOur cars get broken into regularly. stolen. windshield wipers stolen. The money for drugs and beer always is there.
one of them said to me " You dont belong. This is Mexico you don't belong here". Drunk on the sidewalk every Sunday w a fifth of Vodka in his hand.
That is the future I see taking shape for hundreds of thousands of deluded ppl who watched too much TV and convinced each other in a hysterical mind blank that the promised land was just over the border.
. They can't seek work because they have no documents that will pass muster. Or they won't take unsafe work or work that requires hard labor for peanuts.
They are importing poverty and charging us money to do it.
