There is no evidence that he had children or a wife. If none comes forward to claim being a beneficiary, in his will, then his monies and homes will belong to the state. In that case the Federal government can make a legal claim and have his estates, bank account, and other properties sold to settle payment. That money would go into discretionary spending and as such could finance the wall, or portion. However, anyone named in his will can challenge confiscation of any funds or properties and tie up the estate for many years.

I was reading, I think in the NY Post, that he made out a will shortly before his demise, but that was as far as it went.

I think after the first attempt to kill him, he knew that he would never go to trial. It would not surprise me if he did a end day will.

Absolutely Fabulous Idea, But you know as well as I do that if the Federal Gov't got hold of his Trust fund It would NOT go where We'd like it to... they'd most likely spend it on Illegals! The Federal Gov't could fk up a wet dream! The federal gov't couldn't even run a whore house.. lol.. how can we possibly expect them to run the country to OUR satisfaction!

Yeah, there is an update -- he had his money, somewhere in the ballpark of $6-700 million, put in a trust. One brother, Jeffrey, who seems to have problems of his own but may be the only beneficiary.
Jeff, there, may also be a cradle robber, not sure.

Your understanding of the law perplexing. Epstein was not tried or convicted of anything beyond what he pled to years ago. His half billion dollar estate he put into a trust before doing himself in, likely he killed himself to avoid an ugly trial and life in prison as an aging child molester. The fact is that the government has no real path to confiscate his estate. It may be possible for his victims to sue the estate but the trust complicates even that. The thing to look into is who now benefits from the Epstein trust.
