Wacked by rich and powerful with much to fear if he lived. I asked for an estimate of how long he would live when he was first arrested. Anyone who is willing to face the truth knows what happened and it was not suicide.

Personally, I'm going with the NY ME on this, Dr Sampson has an impressive resume in forensic pathology and a hell of a lot to lose if she faked an autopsy on such a high profile subject.

Epstein offed himself. When you eliminate the politics, the "he said/she said", the minutiae and the myths, the rumors and the ranting, the conspiracy theories and conjecture and just focus on the mental and emotional pathology of a truly corrupt and godless human being, it isn't difficult to believe old Jeffery just threw in the towel.

Epstein was all alone in that cell. he was alone in the world. His only visitors were his lawyers who had him convinced they would win the "double jeopardy" motion, they had him hoping he would get bail on appeal. His optimism behind bars — expressed during daily visits with his lawyers that lasted up to 12 hours each — was so great that it struck some observers as “delusional.” His lawyer was the last person he spoke to. "I'll see you Sunday", he said. And even his lawyer felt that they had deluded him.

Everyone else associated with him was running for cover, or lawyering up to cover their asses--his former friend and lover, Ghislaine Maxwell, was chilling in LA scarfing burgers and reading a book about the lives and deaths of CIA operatives. his co-conspirators, his bodyguards, his partners and pilots had abandoned him. He was all alone, and I think he knew it.

He'd had a good run, amassed billions of bucks, mansions and maidens, a Caribbean paradise, had more young pussy than the Turkish navy. He lived large the whole way, burned the candle at both ends and in the middle, filled the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds of distance run. And, he came up empty. He was looking into the abyss.

“Meaninglessness does not come from weariness with pain. Meaningless comes from weariness with pleasure…. No one is more fed up with life than one who has exhausted pleasure. Some of the loneliest people in the world are those who have lived indulgent lives and emotionally and physically driven themselves to impotence.”
Sense and Sensuality: Jesus Talks with Oscar Wilde, by Ravi Zacharias

It isn't difficult to believe that Epstein was at the end of his rope. (no pun intended)

Blade, for what it’s worth, I for one have definitely put the brakes on my speculations from reading your posts on the topic. I don’t think I’m at the point of your level of trust in “Occam’s razor”, but that’s neither here nor there.

A previous boss of mine used to say, “trust but verify”.

That would apply here also.

It isn't really a matter of trust, Tommy, in Occam's Razor or any other philosophical theory or even the pathologist's determination. I am merely considering the psychological pathology of a corrupt and godless human being who burned his wicked fuse to the end. I really believe that Epstein realized the evil world he had created was imploding and he had nowhere else to go. He certainly set no precedent in that respect.

I agree with your estimation of Epstein’s state of mind.

The “trust and verify” comment was meant to apply to our government, a la Judicial Watch, for example, providing the “verification”. I wonder how long the PTB are going to allow FOIA to remain on the books. That has to be eating them up.

There is still much that needs to be addressed in the whole incompetence piece. I don’t see how “understaffed” will be a sufficient excuse. More importantly, the case going through to find enablers and get justice for the victims. If none of the fringe elite go down, it’s a good sign the deep state hasn’t suffered a lick under Trump, I will say that. Wouldn’t you agree?

We’ll see. Will be watching what Barr and company come up with.

I rather hope JE was the bait in a trap for the machinery that has so often committed Arkancide. That would be poetic justice and might mean that a much worse than worthless human being, actually produced some value in the end.

With heavy heart I hope you are right, when Sessions was AG he was part of the swamp but with Barr they say he is over and above board. Only one problem, Barr has been AG for over 6 months now and with all the investigations ongoing and all the evidence from previous investigations not one person has been indicted for there crimes.I hope and pray we don't have another Sessions as AG.
