If they are simply being picked up they can be returned into Mexico as did Obama. The ones who are being separated are the ones who are seeking asylum and by law, they can't be returned until they have had their hearing. Trump is running a trillion dollars a year in deficit spending so he can give himself and his friends tax cuts. That will bankrupt us much sooner than any social programs designed for everyone.
