Was listening to one of the alphabet talk shows today and some Democrat said a number of times. No one including the President, Trump is above the Law. He said it enough where I wanted to yell at the T. V. O.K. I've got at.
When I went outside to contemplate mowing the lawn two thoughts struck me. First I decided I couldn't take the exercise (mowing the lawn) from my wife. Wouldn't be fair, and secondly I thought damn, Democrats keep saying no one is above the law, right? How come they support illegals being above the law? Isn't this kinda disingenuous?

The discourse from that group, Democrats, has never been known for its' ability to link two ideas. The ideas that,"No one is above the law" and "Illegals are a protected class and allowed to break the law" just does not compute for them. Their ideas are the only rational interpretation. What they really mean is that "No AMERICAN CITIZEN is above the law" but illegals are not citizens so they get a pass. That's leftest logic.

Yep, the police officer who shot Michael Brown was found not guilty, but Pocahontas just called him a murderer. Two opposing thoughts and she chooses the wrong facts. He had just robbed a store and threatened the store owner and walked out with his free cigars, then charges the police officer when stopped. It took six shots to drop the 300 lb young thief. Who obviously planned to stomp the officer and maybe take his weapon and shoot him with it.

Good point. I just think it gets sticky when we start separating families and then blame other presidents for establishing the policy--as if we were helpless to form our own policy.

As for Trump, I think he has proven he is above the law. He has an AG who will protect him even if he is in the wrong and if that fails he has a supreme court that will protect him and if that fails there is no shortage of those on the far-right who would love for the opportunity to protect him by overthrowing the democrat party. That much protection from that many people makes one above the law. Fortunately, I don't think he is above our electoral laws so no matter what happens in 2020 he will be gone by 2024...

Children are separated fro the adults they crossed the border with under specific conditions.
#1--There is evidence the adult is not the parent or relative of the child.
#2--There is evidence the adult is molesting or otherwise abusing the child.
#3--The child needs hospitalization or has a communicable illness.
#4--The adult needs hospitalization or has a communicable illness.
#5--The adult has an outstanding felony warrant and is being incarcerated.
Otherwise families stay together.

Now which of those conditions do you believe they are wrong to separate the child?

There is no such thing as a contemporary Constitutionalist. There are Constitutionalists period. The United States Constitution has no contemporary, new and improved, updates!!!!

And if you ask where does a Constitutionalist fit? A Constitutionalist ALWAYS stands with the United States Constitution!!!!!
