6/12/19: Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz is still considering a run for president, as an Independent.

Schultz has been MIA over the past couple of months. And on Wednesday, he told voters why.

In an e-mail to supporters Schultz said he was visiting Arizona when he

"experienced acute back pain that required me to cut my travels short."

As a result, over the past 2 months he has undergone 3 back surgeries.

Schultz says that he's "feeling much better, and my doctors foresee a full recovery

so long as I rest and rehabilitate. I have decided to take the summer to do just that".

Schultz said that he would be in touch with voters after Labor Day, which is on Sept. 2.

Schultz has said that if he does run as an Independent, the Democrat will be the "spoiler" in the race.

Schultz Runs As A Serious Independent
Trump Wins By A Landslide
Electorally, AND Popularly

Dem's Will Probably Place Their Chips On Steyer
Their Libbie Wall Street Version Of Trump

Interesting analysis/diagnosis...one, to my knowledge, not offered before.

IMO, not likely...but, makes sense.

Nothing will change the fact that far too many democrats are running in 2020. The foolish among them will attack the front runner. It has already happened and Unity is extremely important in this election. Last election was a prime example of the protest voter refusing to vote for the nominee and instead voted for candidates who were out of the running. It was not all the electoral college. Let us not forget that the Republican party is unified like a religion and will take their communion at the polling stations in record numbers this election. Complacency and lack luster turnout by democrats and throwing their vote away on an off breed candidate will give you trump 2020.

If you eliminate the "foolish" and the "off breed" candidates, who do you have left?

In my case not a Republican. I expect Joe Biden to be the nominee. We will see how he does toe to toe with the Donald.
