There's will be a ruling in the Supreme Court concerning the rescending of affordable health care laws.

The argument was initiated in (you guess it - Texas),and its' Attorney Generals.

The perpetrators that will commit this gross atrocity against the values and principles that - MAKE AMERICA GREAT-
is the circuit Court in the fifth district. They consist of a panel of three, two were annointed by George Bush, and Donald Trump, the third was a Jimmy Carter appointee.
The suit,allegeing that affordable health
care is no longer valid, contending that since it was ruled by another court that citizens have no culpability in so far as incurring a penalty for not having insurance, this effectively renders the health care laws null and void. That is to say ,since you have a law that carries no enforcing penalty ;no one has to comply with it, why have it.
They arrived at their contention by using semantics or through their ignorance.
The government has the incumbency of being penalized, not the people. It is the governments responsiblity to do for the people, what the people cannot do for them selves. Therefore,to void out the health care laws for this reason would be faulty. It is the same philosophy in which the government provides education, and a national security, and provide for it's citizens health.,(CDC,departments, and environmental departments.)The concept of health care for all was innovated by Ted Kennedy in the sixties.
To correctly comprehend and validate these points.and to understand what Kennedy's vision was,You have to know the definition of the word Universal. When comprehending what the word Universal means, used in the context in which it is used you will see it is consistent with the framers of the Constitutions philosophies of what they intended for the country to be as.Just as they provided for it's national security and why they designated it is the governments responsibility to do for the people what they cannot do for themselves.
The original concept of the health care laws was originated by Ted Kennedy in the sixties. It was not known as Obama Care, nor was it known as Affordable Health care.It was known as UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE.It was intended for all.al- though thought of as the government handing out a free commodity-not really- it would be paid for by your tax dollars, just as your public schools,or your police departments, or military, but not directly out of pocket ?- No! ,Obama probably modified it to make it more appealing, because getting a healthy care bill passed, evidently was such an arduous task.

I went on Medicare this past January and the only difference has been that my out of pocket for medicines is slightly higher. I've kept all my same doctors and I just had a very risky medical procedure okayed by Medicare. If mine is the typical experience than a transition to Medicare for all won't be such a difficult thing even if there are people who claim they don't want it...

Proud Incurry, that attitude you have reminds me of the attitudes I encountered as a kid, while in school ,by some incurring so called educators. They used to give me a pep talk so as to make me focus more on achieving my academic pursuits,it went something like this " `ahmm tel'lun` yuh dis``fuh`yo'ss` own, good,I'zz` got mine, yuh` bet'tuh` git` yo's.
