I've been to downtown L.A. and seen what they call Skid Row, and it's a shock to realize that what I saw down there actually exists in America.

The Venice Boardwalk is bad enough, but I've chatted with a couple of pretty wretched looking, freaky homeless guys down there and even they say they wouldn't go anywhere near Skid Row.

Notice this only happens in cities ran by Democrats. Our country has the 3rd highest homicide rate per capita in the major countries the world.
