Actually in Texas there has. I know in Illinois there has for sure. Pretty much any state that gives out drivers licenses to illegals has an illegal voting problem.

Most always when the Democratic's want to legalize something is because they've already been getting away with it for years.

As with the desire for non citizens voting.
