First denial.
Then anger.
Third depression.
Finally acceptance.
It appears that Mr. Rumsfeld is still stuck in denial. History and technology will help him through acceptance.
Of course a good prison sentence could help with his healing process and acceptance

Those are the stages people who are dying go through. Last time I checked Mr. Rumsfeld is alive and well, no doubt to your chagrin.

He's done nothing whatsoever to merit a prison sentence except in the minds of deranged liberals like yourself.

I always got a kick out of the way Rummy handled press conferences and especially when the press complained on MSM but got no sympathy from the public.
My comment about Mr. Rumsfeld was a simple joke. I don't think many folks mind given the facts over the Iraq invasion. He doesn't deserve sympathy because he should've been one to challenge the need to send ground troops. If you watch the video, he never accuses Hussein of 911 attack rather, he responds to a press question and instead of answering directly, he states Sadam is a liar and a repeat liar. Then in the interview portion, he says he can not recollect anyone in the cabinet making the 911-to-Sadam claim. I think he is missing an opportunity to say it was a big mistake and if the public had that impression then they should've done a better job making the case of ground troops and occupation of Iraq. Otherwise, he comes across defensively guilty.
