I am a Hispanic US Citizen who believes in the rule of law and I am again open borders regardless if the immigrants are also Hispanic...am I wrong? I have no problem with other Hispanics living here in the USA as long as they come in legally and obtain a right to work visa and are taxpaying individuals like the rest of us. However I believe that it is an injustice to allow them to come in unregistered and to allow them to take advantage of our welfare system which is design to help the citizens or even legal residents of this United State...am I wrong? And why hasn’t anyone brought legal charge against congress for allowing the revenue of the states to be squandered
And for reframing and restricting the IRS from doing there job effectively it is like promoting and encouraging tax evasion.
Can you imagine how many income tax dollar are being lost but sent to Mexico
Every week. What would happen if you close the ability to send money out to Mexico? I’m just saying! What say you!

I think you are 100% right. Contrary to what many want to say conservatives are not against Hispanics coming here. We are against anyone coming here illegally. It is a complete injustice to those who play by the rules.

Bienvenitos.

I agree with you 100%. I've been all over Mexico, to Panama, the D.R. and a few other Spanish speaking countries and lived in Puerto Rico for about a year, and have always liked Latinos (and the food).

I have no problem with immigration from Spanish speaking countries at all, as long as it's legal and those entering are good people who respect our laws and are willing to work and support themselves and their families, learn our language and assimilate.

I don’t know of anybody in this country that thinks unregistered immigrates should not be deported. And if you had half a brain unregistered immigrated do not I repeat do not get welfare. Why do you people keep saying that.
Can you imagine how much money you save when these low wage people come to this country on Work VISA,s. So you don’t want temporary low wage immigrants from sending money home to there families.

Yo, Air Farce One! I don't know why you believe no illegals receive welfare.

In New York, for example, Mayor DeBlasio started issuing New York City (for illegals in Manhattan, da Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island) picture IDs that are considered official there and give them access to everything N Y. provides, including services of every kind and welfare + food stamps.

If you don't think other sanctuary cities like L.A., S.F., Chi, Detroit, Seattle and Portland haven't set up similar loopholes you need to think again.

It's up to local officials how they spend any funds allocated for social services, and, like the concept of sanctuary cities, they bypass the laws.

Your wrong they do collect food stamps housing medical benefits I know I lived with those who do. It’s easy to falsify applications when the agency registering those People turn the blind eye and allow those things to go thru. Wake up it really does happen. As for the migrant worker, I’ll say it again I have no problem with them coming to work here and send money back home it an honorable thing to do, but don’t confuse a migrant worker how is here to work legally with an illegal immigrant working here illegally there is a big difference. Oh and by the way a drug trafficker preferred dealer is an illegal if caught they don’t talk or say anything they just wait to get deported and if they do decide to talk they know there families back home are not safe so they don’t say anything unlike the home grown.

Welcome LRReyes! Great intro!

And Thanks for refuting the leftists, they seem to conveniently forget their party is the party of sanctuary cities for illegals and murdering of unborn living human beings up to birth. With morals like that, no wonder they can't understand what America is truly about and so they seek socialism to "cure" America! How sad is that???

Those who cross borders illegally are not immigrants, they are invaders. Our social safety net is for citizens who have paid into the system, no one else. The people who whine the most about their taxes................don't pay any. The top 65 most profitable companies paid zero taxes in 2018. Everyone should pay their share, nothing more and nothing less.

It's not just the overstaying one's that had a visa its the ones flowing over the border and yes they are costing us in cost for schooling food stamps health care and just so you know California wants to put them on state-paid health care to the tune 98 million a yr but that doesn't include their own homeless population because hey they don't count. who do you think is going to pay for it sure isn't California it's us the taxpayers all across the US. You hand over your paycheck but I'm 68 and I'm tired of paying for all this crap I can't even afford to retire they tax the hell out of my social security check for this stuff and I have to shuck over even more money for my own health care. Get a reality check each state pays through the nose for these people when the first wave of illegals hit our town they had used up our health dept funds for the whole year in less then 6 month
