Being who I am and knowing who I know...this is one of the places Mexican fentanyl is going in NV...To the meth manufacturers who think they're making their meth more addictive by cutting it fentanyl. HA!

Most of the fentanyl coming into the United States comes from China and is shipped directly to the US. Due to its potency and the immense volume of stuff coming from China it is difficult to interdict. The small amount of the drug coming through Mexico is also sourced from China. It is foolish to bring Fentanyl to the US through Mexico because it requires passing two customs checks instead of one. Cutting stimulants such as amphetamines and coke with fentanyl is going to cause overdoses on the latter and makes the drugs far more dangerous.

True, but the Germans (of course) learned its secrets and weaponized it.
I wonder how much of the Blitzkrieg's success was due to meth.

What I posted is true, if you don’t believe so check with the statistics from the DEA and ICE. If you want to curb the flow of Fentanyl you need to increase surveillance and inspection of shipments from Asia and more importantly put the squeeze on the Chinese who are exporting the stuff. In reality you can fit enough of the carfentanyl in an envelope for several hundred fatal overdoses, making it damn difficult to detect and deter.

I worked in ICU and was frequently pulled to work in the emergency room. Fentanyl is a monster. It doesn't take much to kill a person and Kevyn is right, there needs to be better inspection of Chinese shipments, actually, ALL shipments.

I don't know that much about it, very little in fact. However, I broke my hip in early May and to ease the pain (nothing can) they gave me Fentanyl. Dizzy, warm then it left. I don't see the attraction, but then I walked around for days with broken bones.
