There is no evidence that she killed him because of his sex, race, or any other "protected" status. However, there is a different law that this falls directly in line.... abuse of an older person. It is a crime in Nevada to abuse, neglect, financially exploit, abandon, or isolate the elderly. Certainly, it is illegal to harm people of any age, but Nevada law carries harsher penalties for targeting "older persons (Older person means a person who is 60 years of age or older)." This would be a secondary crime with the superior crime of murder.

I am glad you brought this up because all to often hate crimes against a white is ignored by the courts and police. However, with a smart lawyer, there are often more than one way to "skin the cat."

But, we will need to wait to see what crime(s) Ms. Bishop will be tried. Let us hope she does not get a judge like Judge Hua, in that case there will be no justice served for Mr. Fournier and his disabled wife.....

My generalization that they are "everywhere" was just that, a generalization and since in this country alone, they are in 92% of our states, that would be a fairly accurate GENERALIZATION for the U.S.. I did not make any references to support my generalization nor did I make any assertions that it was anything other than a generalization. I doubt that ANY generalization such as "everywhere" stands true for actual everywhere. Wait... I came up with one such example that does apply, "Everywhere on planet Earth is located on Earth", other than that one and perhaps a few other possible generalizations dealing with "everywhere", most others will not ring true for actually being "everywhere".

I am not the spelling and grammar police. However, for those who challenge my intelligence and present themselves at or above my education and experiences, I hold them at a higher standard. I respect those people for their achievements and I endeavor to converse with them within their level of proficiency. I love how they try to invoke stronger feelings of outrage by labeling his pull behind cart as a walker. The item that he had with him that you see in the picture is no walker, it is one of those carts some people both young and old use to cart their purchases home from the store when they shop via public transit or walking to and from the store.
