He might as well piss into the wind, it has as much chance in the house as a bill making Trump King for life.

Maybe not for life.

But for now, Trump 'is' King.

Bow to your king and honor him.

We are about to wage war against the pagan world.

You're either with us, or you're a pagan.

Choose now..............Goober.

You should consider your comments before speaking~~
A federal appeals court has ruled that the Trump administration may continue requiring asylum-seekers to remain in Mexico as they await court proceedings in the United States. It might be seen as a victory for Trump, though a temporary one.

A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court's injunction on the administration's policy officially known as the Migration Protection Protocols. The policy, better known as "Remain in Mexico," was first announced in a December 2018 memo by former Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen.

"Aliens trying to game the system to get into our country illegally will no longer be able to disappear into the United States, where many skip their court dates. Instead, they will wait for an immigration court decision while they are in Mexico," Nielsen wrote.

A lower court in San Francisco must still rule on merits of the case, which may end up before the Supreme Court. President Trump has routinely criticized the Ninth Circuit, but with the recent confirmation of his appointees, the court has a larger conservative wing.

So its headed to the Supreme Court of the US now~~

And yet another, follow the dates Kevy~The 9th circuit no less because they know if and when it goes up it would be overturned...

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ruled that the Trump administration can continue to enforce a policy requiring some asylum-seekers to remain in Mexico while their cases are processed.

The ruling from the San Francisco-based appeals court places a stay on a preliminary injunction on the asylum policy issued by a lower court.

The panel of judges wrote in the opinion that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had shown that it was likely to suffer irreparable harm if the policy was halted because it "takes off the table one of the few congressionally authorized measures available to process the approximately 2,000 migrants who are currently arriving at the Nation's southern border on a daily basis."

The judges also found that the policy was not implemented in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act because it is not one of the policies covered by the act and therefore does not require certain processes to take place ahead of its implementation.

Mexico will be wanting to build a 30 foot border wall on it's southern border if the illegals are stopped in Mexico. They are now getting a taste of what the illegals are doing to the US because Mexico has been supporting them coming across their country. That suited them just fine as long as they came across the border into the US. A little different now.
