I am against the “Equality Act”

https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/5/text
https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/788

The Democrats are for these bills called the “ Equality Act.”

Don’t be fooled these bills will trampled the rights of women, children, and Christians’ equal protection under the law, by advocating criminal penalties for those who even disagree with an alternative lifestyle for even saying so.

Biological males can identify as females and enter any bathroom, shower, locker room with impunity. It will become actionable to be for traditional marriage and against the leftist’s agendas. Free speech will be dead. Questioning the new Democratic platform has already resulted in name calling of Christians and conservatives and advocating hateful actions against them by our own elected officials.

Businesses and churches cannot abstain from allowing said individuals access to women’s crisis centers, women’s sports.I can see the possibility of loans and grants meant for women going to these individuals identifying as “women.” Doctors who disagree with the gender surgery insanity will be losing their jobs. Christian businesses will close, their owners designated as criminals. It is already happening in other countries. Christians will meet in secret: after all, they are criminal, radical, and seditious.

Ever wonder how many will transition back to being men after goals are accomplished? After all, “gender identity” is fluid while sex DNA is not!

Sex DNA is in fact very fluid in transsexual people. And they have a long history of being abused by people not familiar with the situation. Protecting the rights of all Americans and ensuring their equality is a great goal. Below is part of the Wikipedia page explaining the non specific sex of hundreds of thousands of people who are discriminated against because of how they were born.

Intersex people are individuals born with any of several variations in sex characteristics including chromosomes, gonads, sex hormones, or genitals that, according to the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, "do not fit the typical definitions for male or female bodies".[1][2] Such variations may involve genital ambiguity, and combinations of chromosomal genotype and sexual phenotype other than XY-male and XX-female.[3][4]

Intersex people were previously referred to as hermaphrodites or "congenital eunuchs".[5][6] In 19th and 20th century medical literature, intersex was referred as true hermaphroditism, female pseudohermaphroditism, and male pseudohermaphroditism reflecting the first taxonomic efforts to classify intersex conditions.[7] These terms are no longer used: terms including the word "hermaphrodite" are considered to be misleading, stigmatizing, and scientifically specious.[8] A hermaphrodite is now defined as "an animal or plant having both male and female reproductive organs"[7] In 1917, Richard Goldschmidt created the term "intersexuality" to describe a variety of physical sex ambiguities.[7] In clinical settings, the term “disorders of sex development” (DSD) has been used since 2006.[9] This shift has been controversial since the label was introduced.[10][11][12]

Intersex people face stigmatization and discrimination from birth or discovery of an intersex trait such as from puberty. This may include infanticide, abandonment and the stigmatization of families.[13][14][15] Globally, some intersex infants and children, such as those with ambiguous outer genitalia, are surgically or hormonally altered to create more socially acceptable sex characteristics. However, this is considered controversial, with no firm evidence of good outcomes.[16] Such treatments may involve sterilization. Adults, including elite female athletes, have also been subjects of such treatment.[17][18] Increasingly these issues are considered human rights abuses, with statements from international[19][20] and national human rights and ethics institutions.[21][22] Intersex organizations have also issued statements about human rights violations, including the Malta declaration of the third International Intersex Forum.[23]

In 2011, Christiane Völling became the first intersex person known to have successfully sued for damages in a case brought for non-consensual surgical intervention.[24] In April 2015, Malta became the first country to outlaw non-consensual medical interventions to modify sex anatomy, including that of intersex people.[25][26]

Some intersex persons may be assigned and raised as a girl or boy but then identify with another gender later in life, while most continue to identify with their assigned sex.

Please show me the studies that say you can change your DNA as you wish. The small group to which you are referring is made up of people, almost all males who have an extra chromosome. The males with this abnormality have small penises, often weak bone development and are sterile, even if they can develop an erection. The Transgender group is made up of people of one sex, with the DNA , bone structure, and sexual function in their genetic sex. They are males who often have sired children and then decided they were really females at heart, or women who have had menstrual periods, and sometimes even children, but don't like the sterotype woman activities and therefore claim they are male in a female body. When I was young those of us who liked doing some things considered masculine but knew we were women, just with a wider range of interests.

We write civil rights laws to protect minorities in our society, the majority doesn't really need such protection. Thousands and thousands of Americans are born intersex and they deserve legal protection from discrimination and abuse.

Those people have a genetic abnormality, they are not transgender. John Money, an associate of Kinsey, claimed he could change a biological male into a female. He was presented with a boy who had damage to the tip og his penis due to a faulty circumcision. Money decided to remove his penis and redesign his genitalia to appear female. The parents agreed and the boy became a "girl" When this boy became a teenager he somehow knew he was male, no matter how much BS Money and his gulliable parents tried to pretend he was a girl. Interviews with the boy after he was told the truth, got the rest of the story.
Frankly if I were the man or either parent finally being told the truth, I would sue for everything Money had in cash and assets and made sure he spent the rest of his life in jail.
I included that Money was an associate of Kinsey for a reason. Kinsey was a fraud and a child molester, so the association to Kinsey is valid.

In this case the law serves to oppress far more people than it seeks to protect.

I have as friends both "gay and lesbian" couples who have children. We treat each other with courtesy, always. Every couple, almost without exception has a more dominant, take charge, individual. In America we seem to refer to said persons as having "male" characteristics. In some societies, even in America, females own this role. This fluid thing I can even understand. You see this role reversal even in "straight" relationships. In"Equal" relationships this dominance can be "Fluid" as the dynamics "see saw" depending on the subject or task within the family.

However, I am still of the opinion that this law, in it's current form, is not a good one.

I agree that we need/write laws for the protection of minorities. However, laws should protect people from physical and/or financial discrimination, which they do. There is equal employment opportunity as well as financial protections like fair housing, all provided under Federal law.
So, why do we need a law that says a doctor or a nurse can't "legally" call a person with a penis a man. If he has boobs, they are artificial. Any feminine characteristics are produced by hormones that are not in the body due to nature. Take away everything artificial and you have a man.
Seeing that a doctor, nurse, hospital, police report, or countless other official stats paperwork needs clear identifications, why create a law that prohibits the use of these terms?

You are speaking of a very, very small gtoup of people born with sex anomalies. Everyone can have compassion for these Americans. Nevertheless, the determined in-our-face actions and determination to force themselves, their sexual views, etc, on the entire rest of our 325 million citizens is not being conducted by these people born with physical differences, but rather radicals embracing transgenderism and no gender pushing their own agenda whatever the harm being done. I never have had any problems with fellow citizens with alternate sexual lifestyles as long as it was being consensual partners and caused no harm to others. I have no issues with an adult male deciding he wants to be female as long as he/she foots his own medical bills and until/unless a complete physical transformation has been completed uses those public restrooms designated for his/her biological sex, and stops demanding to be treated as a special class with special rights and stops all efforts to indoctrinate confused, gullible young children about sexual issues. In these cases of miniority issues, the best interests and health and safety of the vast majority should always prevail.
