Clinton and the Lunatic Left keep bemoaning the fact she won the popular vote but lost the election. They should realize Abraham Lincoln won the presidency, NOT BECAUSE HE WON THE POPULAR VOTE, but because he won the electoral college vote.

Electoral votes decides the winner of the election. All States Representative choose the electors and all states participates. Framers decided the electoral college because it includes all US State representing to participate in the electoral process.

Amendment XII of the Constitution defines how the electoral process was created.

There were already 5 incidents that the presidential candidate with more electoral college votes, had won over the candidate with more popular votes but lesser electoral votes.

Latest one was in 2000 when George W.H. Bush won the electoral of 271 vs Gore of 266, though Gore had more popular vote of 537,000.

The other electoral-popular vote mismatches came in 1876 and 1888; in all four instances the Democratic nominee ended up the loser. (In the 1824 election, which was contested between rival factions of the old Democratic-Republican Party, Andrew Jackson won a plurality of the popular and electoral vote, but because he was short of an Electoral College majority the election was thrown to the House of Representatives, which chose runner-up John Quincy Adams.)

Hillary Clinton is still wagging her mouth, despite that she only got 227 electoral votes compared to Trump of 304 electoral votes.

Fact: Her edge on the popular votes of 2.3 million had so many questionable illegal alien and convicts who voted for her as found in California, New York, Hawaii, Chicago, and other blue states

I can't wait for the 10 year anniversary of the election showing Hillary all wrinkled up, in a wheelchair, wearing a diaper, croaking out "He stole my election!" Of course, the real kicker will be that she would be doing so from behind bars.

Lincoln in 1860 received only 40% of the popular vote. The Democratic ticket was split into south and north democrats.

It appears like that. With the Steele Dossier giving more light how it was obtained, created, and paid for, it is likely that Hillary will retire at the Big House.

How I hope you are correct. Do consider this. One constitutional right is to have a trial and judgement by a jury of your peers.
Can you even suggest where you might find 12 jurors that would convict Hillary. The best of lawyers, a hand picked judge and carefully selected jurors. Who is going to bring her to trial much less convict her?
Don't forget money talks. It is hard enough to get a conviction of even a minor Hollywood star much less a previous 1st lady and major cabinet secretary.
I sure would love to see my being wrong but I doubt it. Can you also imagine the selection process for potential jurors?
Would you sit through days of torture to serve on a jury that 'might' convict Hillary?
Heck, I'd get blown out of the water in 2 minutes. All the attorney would have to do is come up with a few of my postings on OPP to show I couldn't be neutral.

What you are saying are true. That is why she is not worried at all and her mouth is still wagging why she lost the election. I am but hoping justice could be rendered on a blind eye.

I am not sure if you'll agree with me on this. I truly believe that President Trump has been innocent on all the charges labeled against him.

The fact is relentless witch hunt, assaults, and harassment have confronted him daily, and along with his family members. Yet, he continues to do his best working for the American people.

As I remember, his presidency is the toughest of all among the prior presidents. He is always blockaded, and obstructed by the left, the liberal media, because they wanted Hillary instead. But God did not allow that. Praise God.

We could have been sold to the Mullahs for billions of dollars, just so more Muslim infiltration could accumulate in the US. In exchange for hundreds of millions of dollars from Arabs, she promised them a 550% yearly entries for Muslims to inhabit our land God has stopped that..

I am sincerely hoping the people in this country were beginning to wake up and that's the reason they elected President Trump. I did my part but wife and I are only 2 votes.
I shudder to think what this country would be like under Hillary. My spirit is bolstered by the fact he won in spite of the fix being in for years.
Hillary should take the hint. If the load is too much to bear, there is always your favorite booze. Just drink up until it is all over. Your goofy followers can still blame Mr. Trump.

That's what millions are waiting for. JUSTICE for what she did with the Emails. If Martha Stewart goes to jail for insider trading Hillary can't get away with what she did.

Having the national vote determine the presidency would be like having sports championships determined by racking up the total number of scores. Thus, at the end of the baseball season forget about the number of wins; just total the scores of all the games. Ditto for basketball, football and hockey.
