And the arrogance to think we can stop climate change. Raising taxes, and redistributing wealth will sure do that

That's pure globalism, "climate change" regulations in developed nations force manufacturers to distribute production and jobs among undeveloped countries that aren't subject to the same enviro- mandates. A form of global welfare to third world shitholes.

The rank and file "progressives" who drink the anthropogenic climate change Kool-Aid® are just gullible dupes, idiots who are easily manipulated by liars at the U.N., the left wing political party du jour and the mainstream media.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with developing green energy. As long as it is privately financed, and competitive. When some enterprising citizen figures out a way to make solar and/or wind a viable alternative it will be great. The government should stay out of it.

I agree with you. I was replying to a statement that green energy is one of the fastest growing industries. Number 13 out of 20 puts it pretty far down the list.
But, yeah...I'm all for green energy. A few years ago I played around with a simple hydrogen generator that I made for a few dollars. It worked! The principle was that your car is always making more electricity than it needs, and the H generator uses that extra electricity to make H out of water (H2O). I never put it on my car because I found out that though it works to start with, the sensors on today's cars will soon reset itself to run like it did before. I filled up a few water bottles and fired them off like a rocket (up to about 20 ft.)
Another good project to look at is the ultra capacitor. These give off a much longer electrical flow than a standard capacitor which discharges all at once. I watched a guy on YouTube build a propeller powered rocket driven by 6 super capacitors, (not ultra) that flew to around 60 meters ( 180 ft.).
We can and do make more electricity than we need, we just need a breakthrough on storing all that extra power.

Hey, 2quick4u,
I really like your avatar.
Brings back the days when I used to go to the nationals in Atlanta and Bristol.
I had a little street class I built for the local drag strip. The photo shows a 302 in a 73' Mercury Comet. Soon after this photo, I added an MSD electronic ignition. It ran the 1/8 mile, stock, in 11.72 sec. and after the rebuild shown, ran an ET of 9.25 sec. That's a pretty good increase to shave 2 1/2 seconds off of a run for a total cost of $2500.

They actually make capacitor-based surge protectors, I had a few in my house in N.C. a few years ago.

They look sort of like smaller car batteries with outlets along the top, and while they act as surge protectors they store electricity.

During an occasional storm when the neighborhood had a temporary blackout, I'd hear a low beep and the appliances, lamps, etc plugged into them wouldn't even experience a fraction of a second's interruption. Though I never needed the back-up power for more than an hour or two, they were supposed to be good for up to six hours.

If they make those for regular household use, I imagine there must be some out there for "heftier" use.

Oh Proud, don't you know that the Republican way of accepting humiliation from the left has been violated by Trump who had the criminal audacity to fight back? A good republican would have resigned as soon as criticism for firing Comey began. Even the Great Republican Robert Swan Mueller the Third thought that firing Comey was a Constitutional Crisis. And he made it a Constitutional Crisis.
Trump was supposed to graciously accept the coup, kinda like Romney and McCain did running against the Great Barack Hussein Obama accepted the fact that the morally superior left should be in power with obama as president. Romney and McCain practically agreed that obama should be president and suffered the coup before the election. Trump's no ordinary republican. He's a warrior winning every battle.

That is impressive. And it is exactly what I mean. America is full of competent, enterprising, talented people. Green energy will no doubt become a viable energy source sometime in the not too distant future. Fear mongering and scamming people isn't going to help at all.

Just couple of questions....If you were accused of Treason wouldn't you do everything in your power to defend yourself???...Even if it meant taking out your frustrations on your employees???...If somebody were accusing you of being puppet of Putin wouldn't you be pissed off too???...Yes,he is a President of the United States, but he is also a human!!!....Easy to judge, unless you walk a mile in his shoes!!!....BTW,Treason is punishable by death.....Just FYI!!!....

But the last persons put to death for treason were the Rosenbergs. All the rest get forgiveness or tax payer funded sex change operations. Wonder why we are in such a fix? The President is human and has been doing a better job running the country under unbearable circumstances, better than anyone since,, maybE Truman and he was a Democrat. Go figure!

I'd take it back further than Harry Truman and say Trump is doing the best job of restoring America since Abe Lincoln.

The last time anyone was put to death for treason was Julius and Ethel. Remember them. That was WWII,when we had backbone in this country.

Nowadays treason is anything Trump does. Obama and hilliar are still in power, untouchable as they work to remove Trump from office. All of Washington DC sits and watches the coup continue, lending it dignity and legitimacy.
Trump needs to hit back with other than tweets. Arrest someone, Mueller style, and end this coup.

It's coming, but Barr's known to be "by the book," so he'll want to cross the T's and dot the I's for clean indictments. There won't be any vague non-specifics like all the accusations against Trump were.

I do hope that you are right.
Bush Boy Barr is also a dyed in the wool establishment RINO.
I don't know if he's interested in stopping the coup, but I have to give him a chance.
So far, nothing but mild talk of prosecuting the traitors, who are his partners in the establishment.
I say Bush Boy Barr accepts the goat that obama offers and sacrifices that goat on the altar of justice and that's the end of it.
Looks like McCabe is the goat.

Yep, ..If the Kenyan has to, he will sacrifice Comey too, but Comey will be compensated either by millions or his unplanned suicide.

We are in historically proven national territory of many great nations turmoil, chaos and confusion, ...before their collapse.

This is kinda sorta fingers crossing territory, but Trump will have learned from his Sessions experience and he is, with the best of reasons, looking for some comeuppances.

If the Democrats are responsible for this country's collapse, I'm going hunting. It will be open season on any Democrat voter I can find until they track me down and finish it -- I have a few friends in my age group who feel the same, and like that recently posted meme suggests, certain threats are less worrying as one grows older.
